Terms of Service
Terms for using The Brain · AGEIS, including its Google and YouTube API-connected creator features.
Service and acceptance
The Brain · AGEIS is a founder-operated software service in pre-launch development and is not yet a separately incorporated company. It provides governed business operations, creator intelligence, content-production assistance, publishing workflows and analytics. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by YouTube or Google unless a written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
Account creation requires affirmative acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Who operates the service
The Brain · AGEIS is operated by Mahmoud Abdelmohsen Mahmoud Aly, an individual sole proprietor (sole trader) based in Egypt, trading as THE BRAIN · AGEIS. It is a founder-operated business that is not an incorporated company and has no company registration number. References to “we” and “us” in these Terms mean that operator. Contact: support@ageis.io.
Payments, billing and refunds
Paid plans are sold through our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle processes payments, issues invoices and receipts, and handles applicable sales taxes, and your purchase is also governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page and confirmed at checkout before you pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment and does not limit your statutory rights.
YouTube Terms of Service — binding agreement
By using The Brain · AGEIS, including its YouTube API-connected features, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
YouTube API-connected features are also subject to the applicable YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies.
Connected-platform responsibilities
- You remain responsible for the channel/account you authorize and for having the rights needed for content you ask The Brain to process or publish.
- You may not use The Brain to circumvent platform restrictions, evade enforcement, manipulate metrics, scrape YouTube or Google applications, obtain scraped YouTube data, download/cache YouTube audiovisual content without YouTube permission, or violate applicable platform rules or YouTube Community Guidelines.
- Live YouTube publishing is currently disabled in the customer product. The active customer connection flow does not request
youtube.upload. Any future live publishing capability must first expose the required user choices and obtain the specific authorization and express action consent required by YouTube policy. - You may disconnect a Google/YouTube integration in AGEIS and independently revoke access through your Google Account.
Creator Genome analytics
Creator Genome may analyze permitted public YouTube API Data, licensed data, owner-authorized data and Brain experiment outcomes. Analytics calculated independently by AGEIS are labelled as independent/derived calculations and are not represented as metrics supplied directly by YouTube.
Approval-dependent derived analytics over non-authorized public YouTube API Data and extended statistical retention remain disabled unless and until the applicable YouTube permission is approved. Historical associations and recommendations do not guarantee subscriber, view, revenue or monetization outcomes.
Google user data and privacy
Google/YouTube user data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Users authorize only the scopes shown in Google's consent flow. The Brain does not request a Google password. Revocation and deletion procedures are stated in the Privacy Policy and Data Rights.
Autonomy, approvals and acceptable use
The Brain may prepare recommendations, plans, drafts and governed missions. Higher-impact actions can require explicit approval. Kill switches, authorization, platform-policy checks and verification gates may stop or refuse execution. A recommendation is not an unconditional instruction to an external platform.
- Do not submit or direct the service to publish content you do not have authority to use.
- Do not use the service for spam, fraudulent engagement, impersonation, infringement, abusive automation or platform-policy evasion.
- Third-party media/transcripts are processed or retained only where the applicable source and rights contract permits it.
AI model services, transparency and minimum age
AGEIS is currently intended for adults aged 18 and older. At signup you must confirm you are at least 18. Conversational AI experiences disclose that you are interacting with AI, not a human. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and should be independently reviewed before important decisions.
When a governed AI feature is enabled, AGEIS may process the relevant authorized request through a selected third-party AI model provider, including the commercial Anthropic Claude API. The selection can change with policy, availability and authorization; no provider is endorsed as a substitute for professional judgment.
- Do not use the service for deception, impersonation, spam, disinformation, abuse, privacy violations, unauthorized surveillance, unlawful conduct or circumventing another service's safeguards.
- AGEIS does not provide consumer legal, medical, investment, lending, insurance, employment eligibility or other regulated professional decisions. Do not rely on its outputs for such decisions.
- AI-generated journalism or other high-impact media content must not be published without applicable qualified human review and the necessary editorial, source-rights and platform authorization.
- Any external automation remains subject to AGEIS execution authority, applicable provider policies and human approval requirements. Where a policy or authorization gate cannot be satisfied, the action must not execute.
Availability and changes
Features may change when providers change APIs, terms, quotas or review requirements. A capability may be suspended when authorization expires, quota is exhausted, provider terms change, a compliance gate fails, or continued execution would conflict with policy.
