Data Deletion Instructions

Step 1: Stop access to your account

Remove AGEIS from the connected apps in the platform's own settings (on Facebook and Instagram, under Settings, then Apps and Websites; on TikTok and LinkedIn, under the settings for apps and services you have allowed). This ends our access at the source. You can also email support@ageis.io from the email address of your account and ask us to disconnect the platform: we then remove the access tokens we stored for that connection and close its consent record.

Step 2: Ask us to delete the data we collected

Stopping access does not by itself delete the posts, videos and figures already collected into your workspace. To delete them:

• Data from one connection. Write to support@ageis.io from the email address of your account, name the platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn) and ask for deletion. We confirm by email and complete verified requests within 30 days.
• Your whole account. Write to support@ageis.io from the email address of your account and ask for account deletion. After we verify the request, your account and all data connected to it, including everything collected through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn connections, is erased, and we send you a deletion receipt that contains no personal information. We complete verified requests within 30 days.
• No account, or cannot sign in? Email support@ageis.io with the platform and your account name or link on it. We will tell you what we hold and delete it once we have confirmed the request is yours.

What is deleted, and what is not

• Deleted: stored access tokens (when we disconnect the platform at your request); the profile details, post, video and media metadata and engagement figures collected through the connection, and the analysis records built from them (on account deletion or a verified email request).
• Not deleted by us: anything on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn itself. Use those platforms to manage your content there.
• Kept in minimal form: non-personal deletion receipts and security or audit records that we need to prove the deletion happened and to protect the service.

The Brain only reads from these accounts; it does not post, publish or delete anything on your behalf. More detail is in the Privacy Policy.
